Q1: Is this battery plug & play for electric tricycles?
A1: Yes. It is pre-assembled with Anderson connector with CAN. Direct replacement for compatible electric tricycle.
Q2: What is the advantage of built-in CAN BMS?
A2: CAN communication enables real-time data sync with vehicle ECU, showing SOC, voltage & fault alerts on dashboard.
Q3: Can I use my existing charger to charge this battery?
A3: We recommend our matching CE charger. If you use third-party charger, it must reach 82.8V and support CAN communication.
Q4: Is the stainless steel case waterproof?
A4: The stainless steel shell protects the inner cells. It is splash-proof for daily riding, NOT for long-time submersion.
Q5: Can I connect multiple batteries in parallel?
A5: Not recommended unless all batteries are same model, same batch and matched by our factory.
